현실적으로 탐이 나는 모델은 D300. 제일 탐나는 부분은 역시나 완전히 새롭게 만들었다는 AF Module과 시야율 100% Viewfinder. 새로운 이미지 프로세싱 개념인 Expeed는 아직까지 제대로 된 샘플 사진을 보지 못해서 평가하기 어렵고. (기존의 Nikon 이미지도 꽤나 좋아하기 때문에 상관없긴 하지만) 사실은 무엇보다도 첫 카메라도 둘째 카메라도 Canon이었기 때문에 Nikon을 한 번쯤 써보고 싶은 마음이 든다.

예상과는 다르게 D300은 D200을 대체하는 모델이 아닌 D200의 상급 모델인 듯하다. D200은 계속 생산될 예정이고 조금 더 가격도 저렴해질 듯. D300은 예상보다는 가격이 조금 더 비싸고.
미국에서는 $1800인 넘이 역시나 우리나라에서는 200만원을 넘겨서 가격이 책정될 것으로 보이는데, 기계적인 성능에 그다지 민감하지 않은 나로서는 솔직히 D300을 사게 될 것 같진 않다. (물론 돈이 있다는 가정하에)
아마도 Fuji S5Pro를 결국 사게 되지 않을지. D200 정도면 충분히 괜찮은 기계인대다가 Fuji의 이미지 프로세싱 능력은 꽤나 탐나는 것이어서.

새로운 렌즈군에 카메라에 전혀 현실 가능성은 없는 얘기지만 새로운 물건이 나오면 괜히 한 번쯤 공상해보는 즐거움은 버릴 수 없는 습관이자 취미인 걸 어쩌리.
